Fitness is important because if you do not take it seriously, down the road you will have a lower quality of life and you will not be able to enjoy your retirement or time off with your family and friends. Hey guys in this video I talk about how to get comfortable in the “free weight” section. It can be completely intimidating trying to go into the room with a bunch of meatheads but most of the time those “meatheads” will respect you for trying and many times may even offer to help. Nothing wrong with that and definitely use that to your advantage. Needing help is not a sign of weakness! Refusing to get help is.
