hey, I think that’s a great idea! I was originally using sparkpeople but like this much better. Here’s some other things I like about it:
~ The “If every day were like today” feature is really motivational and gives people great positive feedback”
~ You can save meals you eat commonly to quickly add all the ingredients at one time
~ You can create recipes on the mobile app AND online which is helpful especially when I’m out grocery shopping and picking ingredients
~ You can connect with friends/ an online community for extra support
~ It remembers food you use commonly (and in what portion size) and can add them to your meal plan quickly. I drink milk every morning and when I go to input my breakfast I don’t have to search for it, just check the box and add.
