My thoughts on fasting I think are unique and some people may disagree with my point of view but I am still going to share it. Fasting is a touchy subject because when you want to lose weight and get lean there are a lot of programs out there that promote fasting to get you results.
My problem with fasting in my opinion especially if it is done over a long period of time is, it can kill your metabolism causing you to be more bloated and actually see worse results over time.
Anytime where you are putting your body in a state of starvation or limited calories your body is going to eat away your muscle and your muscle is your metabolism. Our bodies were not designed to starve ourselves and not get any nutrients. Starvation is a horrible solution.

Let Exercise be your cure
In the world that we are in today, there is a constant sales pitch for take this or that pill to cure your depression or anxiety or other normal mental conditions. We all feel and face trials and tribulations in our life and it is normal to go through phases where you don’t feel like you are one hundred percent. But in my opinion that doesn’t mean that you have to resort to a pill to help you.
The magic bullet in my opinion for helping alleviate a lot of our mental worries and concerns is exercise and nutrition. I believe that if you know and research enough on certain supplements, nutrients, and exercises it can teach you a whole lot on how to control your emotions a little bit better.
I am not selling a “cure all” and if you exercise and eat healthy, that you will never feel anxious, depressed, or hurt again. But what I am selling you is there is a healthy alternative that is in my opinion much stronger than any pill you could ever take.

Is there a such thing as too much or too little protein?
The answer to that is yes. If you have to much protein it can cause extra stress on the kidneys and liver which is not good because those are our bodies main filtering systems. The last thing we want to do is put too much stress on the things that get rid of our body’s toxins because toxins are what causes disease.
Too little protein in our diets and we will not be maximizing our body’s effectiveness and it can cause low energy because we would not be getting enough iron and vitamins. Also our skin and hair would will not look as healthy and our bodies would not recover from exercise and as quickly causing us to have lower energy.

Healthy Carbohydrate Ideas
How did I get Here
The main thing that has attracted me to the fitness industry is the people in it and what the fitness industry really represents. The fitness industry represents much more than six pack abs and sexy body parts. It is more about how fitness can change your life forever and how it can change your mentality about yourself. The way that I originally got hooked on what the industry had to offer was when I was a kid the amazing feats that some of the bodybuilders and fitness competitors that I saw on tv could accomplish. It was like nothing I had ever seen. I saw how excited and energetic the fitness competitors were and I could not help but to feel the transfer of enthusiasm that they had. It looked like a lot of fun and that they genuinely enjoyed being fit and healthy and from that point on I knew that I wanted to be active and excited just like they were.
