Would you like to be in my fitness book?
As most of you know I am coming out with a book in August that is Titled “Body Fit”. The purpose of the book is to be able to spread the idea of fitness as being a long term lifestyle. I am putting my heart and soul into this book to be able to offer the easiest and most applicable fitness information possible.
I want to be able to use the testimonials from you guys and include them in the book to help motivate people to want to change their lives forever.

Fitness and Changing Your Life
Paying attention to your health and fitness can make a big difference in how you look and feel. It can improve other aspects of your life other than just looking better. It can help with self esteem, relationships, your career, your energy levels, and your ambition.
What are 1-3 ways that fitness has changed your life? For me it has helped me with gaining more self confidence and improving my self belief. Share your thoughts with the community.

Now what I suggest that you do during your fitness journey is pick up a good self-help and motivation book to keep positive thoughts in your mind as you go through the steps to get you to your goals. Great self-help and motivational material can really add gigantic value to your life because there are so many negative messages out there that it takes discipline to stay positive and focused on your goals. Read a minimum of 10 pages a day 7 days a week to get your mind right as I like to call it because getting in shape and reaching goals are in my opinion has a lot to do with mental outlook and discipline and by getting your mind right you will be able to push through plateaus and times when you want to quit and get to your promise land! Here is a photo of one of my followers Dakota and here progress in her fitness journey. Fitness is about feeling good about yourself and changing your lifestyle and how you feel. It is about expressing yourself and having fun but most importantly it is about taking care of yourself and proving to yourself that you matter enough to take care of yourself.
