Punching w/dumbbells or bodyweight 60 Seconds
Split Squat Jump/Stationary Lunge 60 Seconds
Diamond Pushup/Diamond Pushup on knees 60 Seconds
Chair Dips 60 Seconds
Pull ups 60 Seconds
