Relationships with food are just as important as what you eat. Foods can become a way to deal with emotions that we may not know how to deal with. For example, using food as a way to escape the realities of your life. It can be a crutch that is used to deal with feelings of anxiety and stress. If we do not get control of our relationship with food then food will control us.
