Here is the contest so for the week and the progress needs to be sent by this Saturday morning April 7th 8 am Utah time so I can tally the results up. The contest is you have to track your nutrition log and your workout log for the week and whoever has the best and most consistent workouts and best nutrition logs will win a 90 day workout program that I will design personally for the winner. The workout log and nutrition log must be emailed to me at firstname.lastname@example.org and include a picture of who you are and/or if you get really creative a video of who you are and why exercise is important to you that I will post on my blog will be a huge selling point to me. Get creative to win, the objective is to not only push yourself but also convince more people to add fitness to their lifestyle the healthy way. The more friends you get involved and reblogs that you make happen will also play a role in your total contest points. Also if you post the contest on your blog to your followers and send them to my blog www.fiture.co and get them to enter by putting in the subject line in their email to me email@example.com your blog address that will also add points and give you a better chance to win. You must enter by emailing me no later than 11:59 pm Utah time. Also post daily to your blog your progress and how you are doing to motivate others!
