
Incline is Key
Almost all of the clients that I have and the rest of my team have are clients that are looking to lose weight and get fit. The problem is the average person does not have time to research and learn the information necessary to know if they are doing the right exercises or not. What studies and research has found is that by walking at slower speeds (2-3 miles per hour) but doing them at an incline of 18%-24% for 20-30 minutes directly attacks the fat cells and burns them much more efficiently than any other type of cardio activity.
