surround-ed-deactivated20121206 asked: HEY, thanks for your reply to my post. I knew that's the right choice, but sometimes hearing someone else tell me it helps I guess? Also, I'm getting a salad for lunch at this great salad place in the mall. What are the healthiest things to get on a salad? And what's the best dressing (even though I know none is better than any).? Thanks! :)

I just saw this on findingthinagain.tumblr.com’s page, I think her name is Carly. she wrote this in a response to the question “how do I gain confidence in myself?” and I really love the idea that self-love is an ongoing practice, rather than a switch you can turn on and off each day. I totally love that. I never thought of it that way. thought I would share :)
When in doubt, go work out.
